contre les formats propiétaires, mais pour l'interopérabilité ou
quelque chose comme ça. C'est un critère inattaquable en

raisonnable qu'on la mettra en oeuvre, parce que ce sont des
lobbies qui décident et pas des instances indépendantes et
encore moins des élus.</p>

d'un marché public.<br>
C'était le sens de la réponse de l'AFUL

en plus d'aspects spécifiques à l'éducation.<br>
Des formats interopérables permettent d'une part de changer de
prestataire dans un futur appel d'offres pour un coût moins élevé
(pas nul, mais moindre) ET de faire travailler d'autres prestataires
sur d'autres utilisations de ces mêmes données en même temps donc
oui c'est un aspect important.<br>
