[Linux] probleme d'imprimante HP

Bonjour,

J'espère que vosu allez pouvoir m'aider :)
J'ai acheté une imprimante laser HP Laserjet 1018 avec connexion USB.
Je possède une mandriva 2007 qui tourne a merveille (excepté ce prob
d'imprimante)
J'avais vérifié sur drakeconf que ce type d'imprimante était bien
listé (mais pas listé sur la liste hardware de mandriva).
Lors de l'installation, j'ai branché l'imprimante puis connecté le
port USB. Mandriva 2007 l'a reconnue aussitôt, m'a demandé d'insérer
le DVD, et (je crois) a téléchargé un firmware. L'impression
fonctionnait très bien, j'ai imprimmé plusieurs pages sans problème.

Mais j'ai redémarré la machine et, depuis, plus rien. Les impressions
étaient bien envoyée mais aucune impression papier.
J'ai alors tenté (par drakeconf) de désinstaller l'imprimante puis de
la reinstaller mais je ne detecte pas le port USB (imprimante bien
connectée et allumée). En fait je ne détecte aps d'imprimante du tout.
J'ai tenté de le configurer à la main (en spécifiant dev/usb/lp0) mais
cela n'a rien donné.
J'avais auparavant une imprimante HP jet d'encre sur port parallèle
classique lp0.
Lors du démarrage de la machine, lorsque l'imprimante est allumée,
linux cherche à attribuer un nom de machine au moins 30 secondes puis
démarre normalement, sans pour autant détecter l'imprimante.
Dans tous les cas, j'ai bien quelque chose venant de Hewlett Packard
d'installé puisque plusieurs services HP démarrent lors du boot (mais
c'est trop rapide pour que je puisse le détailler).
Que dois-je faire ?

P.S. en fichier joint, le resultat de dmesg juste apres le demarrage
de al machine et juste apres  l'allumage de l'imprimante.
